The company also services builders and developers with residential and commercial construction loans, and — through Seattle Mortgage Company — offers mortgage banking services to facilitate permanent financing for commercial clients.

Seattle Financial Real Estate Company owns and manages real estate investments for Seattle Financial Group, including properties in Seattle and Tacoma.
